First time going to Sonterra Dermatology. I was very pleased with my experience. I saw Dr Malan and he was really great !! Did not make me feel rushed, explained every step of what he was doing and made sure I did not have any further questions or concerns before he left. Had a suspicious spot removed and was told that his office will call either way which I thought was nice. They expected to have the results in 5 days but ended up getting it two days later . Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend. More

I liked: 1) friendly front desk stuff 2) it was quite easy to schedule 3) i had some PCP originated issues with the referral, but the office ladies helped me to figure it out and fix it. So, the stuff is knowledgeable. 4) Dr. Malan made my day. In addition to his outstanding professional background, he provided a good current care: he was not only informative and skilled, but also had a positive attitude and remarkable way of making a contact with the patient. 5) i did not expect it, but the procedure (mole removal) was done during the first appointment. So far, no complications, no pain. 6) apart from everything, the office is cozy and has nice soft chairs. Thank you! More

The moment I walked in the office I was welcomed, so I knew they cared about my appointment. The medical assistant was a jewel, he asked questions in a manner I totally understood. Overall, I had an amazing experience here. From going in and getting the initial biopsy done on my nose (came back as skin cancer) with Dr. Malan to coming in for a Mohs procedure performed by Dr. Neiner, everything was on point. Friendly staff, clean facility, excellent service. Unlike other facilities that have you sitting in the lobby 15-30 minutes past your appointment start time, Sonterra Dermatology usually calls you back about 5 minutes before the start time to get you taken care of. So glad I chose to come here. More
