Ms. Ramos, the dermatologist's PA, has displayed exceptional expertise, unwavering patience, and outstanding bedside manners. Thanks to her recommended skin protocol involving a pill and a cream with Tretinoin and other ingredients, my melasma has virtually vanished, all without the use of steroids or hydroquinone. What’s more, my Tretinoin is already added to my brightening cream making it easier to use at night. I had been searching for a dermatologist -for years- who could provide a melasma solution beyond hydroquinone, and Ms. Ramos exceeded my expectations. If you need a dermatologist Erica is fantastic! My son had some acne, she cleared that up and she is helping me with my Rosacea. Office staff is very nice and helpful. The office is impeccably clean and quiet. Appointments are on time but they book up fast so don’t wait to make your appointment. More
