When I was called to the back by Kim she greeted me and shared how she remembered me from 4 years ago, (mind you this was my second visit with Sonterra) that was impressive and that shows she takes pride in her clients. The experience I had with Kim was outstanding. During the process of my diamond glow appointment, Kim was very thorough which made me feel I was getting my money's worth. Overall, I'm a happy client and will recommend it to others."

He was the first and only dermatologist to ever suggest I go to an endocrinologist to figure out why I’m basically growing a beard and having so many skin tags (along w other things). He prescribed me an amazing cream to help with my acne. He was thorough and caring and very helpful. The services are a little pricey but definitely worth it for the quality of care received."

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Ninert, his staff, and especially the results from the Mohs procedure on my nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Ninert and Sonterra Dermatology."
"Dr. Garcia and her staff at Sonterra Dermatology have been helping me for many years and, frankly, they are the BEST. I have had numerous dermatologists over the last almost 50 years, and they all have been good, but these guys are the best. When dealing with biologics, you need someone in your corner to help navigate the process with the specialty pharmacy and your insurance carrier. In some instances, Dr. Garcia’s team has had to personally deal with these entities many times. They always diligently managed the process and have always got the job done. When I go in to their office, they know me. I am never waiting for more than a few minutes, and I am always greeted with a smile. Dr. Garcia is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate her advice and recommendations. Most importantly, Dr. Garcia is very compassionate. She understands how challenging it is for patients to deal with, in my instance, a lifetime of psoriasis. They are all great and have my highest recommendation."

"Great first impression! I initially received a referral from my PCP to another dermatology clinic but, after reading some of the reviews and asking around, I made the decision to cancel that referral and find another clinic in my network. I chose this one based on the good reviews here and elsewhere. I was seen by Daniella Arellano PA-C for hair loss/thinning. She listened to everything I had to say and presented various options we could take. No pressure to dive balding-head first into some expensive procedure, but I am happy that I was presented with a few paths to pursue without ruling out any of them for future consideration. I even had some medical questions a week after my appointment so I called and left a message, and I received a call back the same day with answers.This was my first time at this office. It was very clean and everyone I encountered from check-in to check-out was very nice. Located on Sonterra ACROSS from the Methodist hospital - navigation kept wanting me to go TO the hospital!I have only given it 4 stars because I don’t know yet if the visit will fix my issue and I did not want to mislead anyone by giving the impression they can fix EVERYTHING immediately. Each time I have been in the office the staff have been friendly, professional, and wait times were extremely minimal. I have been working with Daniella Arellano, PA and she is just terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything, provides compassionate care and never makes you feel rushed. Dr Garcia was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions. She recommended amazing skin care products b...ut was not high pressure about it at all. Just emphasized the importance of it and let me make the decisions. I was very apprehensive about making this appointment and going because I have always loved being outside and in the sun but Dr. Garcia did not preach nor scorn me about it just offered some great advice to protect my skin and to keep it from showing the signs of aging. "Dr. Garcia is the best derm I've had and I've gone to dermatologists since I was a teen. I'm 54 years old so it's been 4 decades going dermatologists with problem skin. She is accurate and successfully diagnoses me every time. When I moved to SA I had a rash on my shoulder for 3 years. Two other dermatologists diagnosed and treated with poor or no results. The first night I used the RX Dr. Garcia prescribed the rash cleared! Three years and she cleared it in one night. I have spent thousands on skin care products. I was using Dr. Perricone and she suggested switching to Cerave. I was spending $110. for .5 oz. of eye cream. I've actually had visible results on my face and body on an inexpensive but highly effective products I can pick up at a grocery store! If you want results and a kind, compassionate physician then she's your physician for dermatology."
