It started immediately upon arrival and in every interaction from registering as a new patient, to calling me in for my consult and the intake before speaking with the doctor. Dr. Metzinger’s bedside manner was AMAZING and I haven’t had this kind of experience with any doctor in YEARS! The exit staff was also EXTREMELY courteous as well and very attentive. I loved that the staff member acknowledged me while she received a phone call, but as soon as I came to her desk to schedule my follow up, she politely said to the person on the other end of the phone, “I have a patient, let me call you right back.” The level of customer service and courtesy displayed by this office is exemplary and I would recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a dermatologist for their medical and cosmetic needs. She is nice & reasonable when it comes to what she prescribes just in case your insurance doesn’t cover it. Prescriptions are sent in quickly ,the office itself is beautiful, staff is nice and the waiting time is short."
