She was very warm and engaging, I really appreciated it because I was initially anxious and uncomfortable about the procedure. Disappointed, I headed back home—but the office manager personally called me to apologize and offered to mail me a sample she managed to find. That kind of care and attention means everything. "This was my first visit and I am very pleased with my experience. I saw Dr. Neiner, for treatment of acne. He answered all of my questions, helped develop a treatment plan and suggested different laser treatments that would work best for my specific needs to address acne scarring, if I was interested. I was interested, and as we finished our visit he was able to send in someone to discuss the different laser options. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I am very happy with my new treatment plan. All staff was so kind and welcoming and the environment is aesthetic and clean. Highly recommend to anyone for dermatology needs."

"I could not get an appointment with the dermatology office I have been a patient of for at least 5 years until 2 weeks. This was concerning a rash a developed from mosquito bites that my primary care wanted me to have looked at by a dermatologist asap. Even a PA or Nurse Practitioner was not available until the first week of September. I even called my primary care for a referral (which I don’t need with my insurance plan) , but unfortunately, they refer to this same practice, so I was on my own. I pass this office all the time, so decided to try them first. They got me in the very next morning with one of their doctors (who gets in to a see an actual MD that quickly these days, let alone a specialist?). He was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. I scheduled my annual skin cancer check with him for next week. I’m going to pick up my medical records from the previous dermatology office and I’m done with them. Just thankful I found an office that still gives great service and very professional!"

With my commercial insurance available through my employer gone, I learned that my copay for my medication was going to be $4159 every two month's. When I heard this I thought I would have a heart attack. This where I have to mention Veronica Hernandez a Patient Care Coordinator that works on weaving through the maze of insurance and coverages for the kinds of medications I am on. Veronica was extremely calm and reassuring as we worked through the process of researching how I could get assistance with these astronomical out of pocket costs. After several weeks of major anxiety on my part, Veronica was able to help secure the help I desparately needed and I will be able to continue my medication. For anyone that knows anything about psoriasis, it is a psychologically devastating condition. The fact that I will be able to continue taking my medication without interruption to my treatment is a real blessing. And I have Veronica to thank for her efforts, knowledge, patience and caring.
